Everything starts with simple steps and as you progress these very simple steps become a foundation.
I have seen people planning but not implementing due to innumerable reasons. But unless you do you cannot accomplish. so JUST DO IT whatever it takes.

As a beginer you may find it difficult to meditate but as time passes it will become as easy as drinking water. Never lose hope. Patience, perseverance and determination is necessary.
Start with 10 minitues a day. Then gradually increase it to 15-20 mins in the second week. Then 30 mintues in third week. Maintain this consistency of 30 minutes for a month or 2 months. This way you build a habit of meditating daily. Don't change techinques, don't expect everything to happen very fast, the progress depends on the intensity of meditation.
Do it with full heart and don't stop. You will succeed.
